At Port Solution Integrators, we build custom software solutions for the intermodal transportation industry. Port container terminals and railroads rely on technology to operate efficiently. They spend millions on inventory systems, container handling equipment, and access control, but these systems are not designed to work together. Our solutions tie these systems together to fill those gaps and streamline operations. We work closely with our customers to design, implement, install, and support our software. .

Field work and site visits aren't uncommon, so be ready to get your hands dirty every once in a while. Most of our installations are local, but our growth plan includes adding sites all across the United States, so some travel is possible.

We are a small team of engineers who are passionate about our work. We have a relaxed office environment with free snacks and drinks. We love software best practices and learning new things. The pace is quick - we usually have more projects than engineers, so you’ll be working on more than one thing at a time. Managers make sure you have what you need and then get out of your way. We are looking for engineers who are driven self-starters capable of delivering work based on a list of customer requirements instead of step by step instructions from a project manager. Expect to learn the ins and outs of the intermodal transportation industry and start making meaningful contributions almost immediately.
